Tokens: a glitch in the system

I think there is a glitch in the tokens system because I made purchases on November 10, 11 and today (14) but ALL my tokens are said to expire on November 20. I don't know why because they are supposed to be valid during two weeks. I submitted a request to the store two days ago but no answer yet. I hope to get this issue fixed soon because my tokens should expire on November 25 and later.

Perhaps they are resetting the token length (or the token system entirely again) as I also have all my tokens expiring on that exact same date. Not sure what the dates should have been but I am pretty sure they would not all be the same one.

  • I presume that they are not letting the tokens remain into the Black Friday sale

Thank you for your answers. I don't know what happens but it's very annoying. Anyway I think they should warn us if our tokens are suspended during Black Friday. But Black Friday is on November 29...

The sale never actually starts on the day off, there's always lead up and cool down. The previous times tokens got taken away temporarily, this was the same pattern, suddenly they all end on the same day. Sometimes they have decided to delay that, but if they want to do another stamp card sale, then tokens would likely interfere.

  • It's a known problem being worked on. There's comments in this thread and elsewhere:

Thank you again, CrabShack, and thank you, paulawp (marahzen), I didn't know it was a known issue already reported in the forum. So it must definitely be a glitch in the tokens system. Well, we are all on the same boat, apparently...
