Shaping Genesis To Victoria 4 Problem
I have only been dabling in 3d modelling off and on and just came across a problem. When I "Shape" Genesis to Victoria 4 then try to put on some clothes for Victoria 4 they don't fit right {even with a bit of prodding the dials}. This seems to be a problem with ONLY the Victoria/Michael 4 dials and their clothes. All the other Shape dials for Genesis appear to allow the clothing to fit. Below are a few image examples of what I mean. In these I used "B-Girl" for V4. I brought in Genesis then put the "B-Girl" outfit on. With all the other dials I could see the outfit adjusting with the Shape. But it did nothing when I tried Victoria/Michael 4.
Nothing Set:
Stephanie 4:
Victoria 4 {the problem Shape}:
Victoria 5:
Anyway, I'm really hoping someone here can tell me how to get Vicky4's outifts to work with Genesis {in Vicky4's Shape}. It's not that I particularly need to use the Vicky4 Shape on Genesis. I just don't like problems like this coming up where they really shouldn't be. If I installed something wrong then I need to know what it was so I can reinstall it.
I'd appreciate any help for this!!
Thanks in advance,

Whata re you doing, AutoFitting them?
Yes, using Auto-Fit. It doesn't even matter if I bring the outfit in then Fit it, or select Genesis first then bring the outfit in. It does the same thing in both cases.

Are you sure that the Victroia 4 shape is the morph, not the AutoFit Clone shape? If it's the morph it will be visible when Show Hidden Parameters (in the paarmeters pane option menu - the lined button in the top corner) is off.
Here is where I do the shaping...
All of the others work just fine with the clothing adjusting very well to the morphed body.

It looks like even a few of the Genesis clothes that I have aren't coping with the Victoria 4 shape. I tried reinstalling the program but get the same thing. I wonder if maybe something about the file(s) that handle Vicky/Mike 4 shapes were corrupted somehow. If so then what file(s) should I be looking at and how would I replace them with uncorrupted file(s)???
On a side note: When I was trying Genesis outfits, one of them was Supersuit which went on just fine and worked with the Vicky 4 shape. Then, for the heck of it, I Fit the "B-Girl" outfit to it and now it works perfectly. So, that is a workaround for Fitting clothes to Genesis until I find out how to do it normally. Here I lowered the Opacity of Supersuit, though if I need to do it this way I would put that all the way down, of course

Click the gear at the bottom of the icon for the V4 morph and select Parameter Settings, then make sure that AutoFollow is set.
Yes, it is...
Also, found the file {by going to the location shown under "Card" on this panel}. It's legible {using PSPad} but I have no clue if there is anything in it that can be "fixed/changed" to make this work properly.

OK, another thing to check is that the problem set doesn't already have a V4 morph - though since it follows the SuperSuit that seems unlikely. In the parametrs pane option menu (the lned button in the top corner, or right-click the tab) enable Show Hidden Parameters, then cliock on the All group on the left and type Victo in the filter box - is there a Victoria 4 morph? If theer is, does it do anything?
There's a dial that says "Victoria 4" but that's the only one that came up and it's greyed out and at zero.

My guess is that the item has an existing morph named Victoria 4 for some reason, and that's overriding the autofollow-generated morph. Are you seeing this consistently with different V4 clothing items autofitted to Genesis?
Yes. I hadn't realized it was just the "Victoria 4" shape that they were doing it to until I tried one of the other morphs and saw that the clothes were Fitted just fine. Not sure if you saw in one of my posts above but there are also some Genesis clothes that aren't Fitting to the "Victoria 4" morph. I've only been using the "B-Girl" outfit as an example here because that was the latest one I tried and attempted to adjust the dials for it but just got totally frustrated.
Also, taking a closer look at the dials I discovered this for the "B-Girl" bottoms:
I re-Fitted them to Genesis, saved it, emptied the scene then brought it back and that "Actor" selection was missing:
I also tried "Edit Mode" but nothing I did there changed anything.
