I want the camera to rotate on itself perfectly like CTRL+RMB+drag is doing at the beginning, but the camera animation is mediocre. How to fix, if it's possible ?

You can add more keyframes in between the starting / ending frames (e.g. 10 frames per interval), i.e. insert a Keyframe then Bank the camera. Repeat this action from the starting frame to the ending frame.
Well, I did that first but the result is far from being as fluent as intended. At this point I should add keyframes on each of the 65 frames but it would be pretty impossible to reach an impeccable fluency.
It is a very commonly-used technique that can make the banking / dolly etc. work smoothly with animated range, as long as you do it correctly....
