Lisa's Botanicals - Signs of Spring Installers Has No OBJ'S

Hi,
Purchased this http://www.daz3d.com/shop/lisa-s-botanicals-signs-of-spring -Installed in dummy folder shows no Obj's or PP2's
Reset downloads -downloaded it again -installed in dummy folder -same thing no Obj's or PP2's

    What is in it? By the description it should have .obj, .pp2 and the textures.

    Contact customer suport, you may have to get a refund.

    There are supposed to be two installers, one for DS and another for Poser. If there are no Poser files in the DS one, then you will need to download the Poser one as well, and install both. In DS4P, you will need to select Poser Formats > My Library to see them.

    What it is giving me is the same files that I purchased- http://www.daz3d.com/shop/spring-garden -which are textures for it-
    on the download page these are the files it is giving me -4111_LSSpringGarden_v1.0_dpc--4111_LSSpringGarden_v1.0_trx these are for the signs of spring
    these files-4112_LSSpringGarden_v1.0_dpc--4112_LSSpringGarden_v1.0_trx are for the spring garden.

    I really don't want to get a refund- Would like for these files to be fixed not only for me but for others who may purchased these items.

    Can you file a support ticket anyway, but use technical Support as the dept needed.

    If you are saying that the files you are downloading are wrongly named, or the wrong files are being supplied, then you will need to send a ticket to Support I'm afraid. It is nothing that anyone on the Forums can help you with.

    BTW I just reset an redownloaded the set. I got 2 files for download, the >dpc one I dowloaded and installed, I find the PP2 under a folder in my poser runtime called "Plants"

    hmmmm-what it showing under mine are under props/plants/LS-Spring Garden which are the files for spring garden not for signs of spring
    and for the ds it showing under props/lisa'sbotanicals/lb-signs of spring*this folder is empty*/ls-spring garden

    Edit to add: and there no folders under geometries

    Hmmm did you get

    yes but all 4 installers I got for 2 for signs of spring and 2 for spring garden *look above shows what files I am getting in my downloads* they only install the spring garden just weird and yep I have reset redownload same thing

    OK, this is being sorted out, will try to let you know when it is fixed. when it is you will need to reset your download again (as will I)

    The new files are up. 4111_LBSignsofSpring_v1.0_dpc.exe and 4111_LBSignsofSpring_v1.0_trx should be available now
