Free isn't free(Solved)

Hey everyone, So as the title says. In the daily option of choosing between a "Free" product and a "$2,99" deal. I chose the free option but it isn't free when I go to checkout. Is thing a reoccurring thing or is a one off?

 

Customer Srvice solved the issue. Props to DAZ for honouring the promo.

    I haven't had this happen to me yet - however there have been instances in other sales where a product has been part of two competing offers and so the basket has got confused. Check to see if that product is also part of your "Fast Grab" page (https://www.daz3d.com/fast-grab-3d-models) since that sets things to 70% and perhaps takes precedence over the advent calendar one.

    I assume you did use the "Add to cart" from the advent calendar? - not click on the thumbnail to go to the product and add from there?

    Is that the full cart page, or the pop-up that appears on the original page after adding to cart?

    I clicked on the "Add to Cart" button. I didn't the same for the last few ones and hadnt had this issue. I'll edit the comment if the item is on any other item page. Edit: Yes it's on the fast grab page. How unfortunate.

    Danae is in Fastgrab at the moment - I expect that is why it is not discounting in your cart.
