My daz 3D studio program broke, I can't install it again, the error occurs in Daz 3DIM and I don't have access to the original file to do manual installation. I'm getting furious because I've already lost a lot of money with you because I previously bought a program that doesn't work, I've already asked for help but they told me they were dealing with the matter but I haven't had a response. I feel robbed. After all, your website is working very poorly. Years ago it wasn't like that. I am very disappointed and furious.
What error are you getting? The screenshot shows that isntallation failed, but gives no useful information towards sorting the issue out. Is this a new system - if so you may need to tell it to allow instalaltion by DIMHelper.app (the process that Install manager launches for application and plug-in installation). It may be worth looking at https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/16599/the-mac-faq#latest as recent MacOS versions have required some tweaking.
Not a mac guy, but the zip file for install is located in the DIM download directory.
In DIM, goto settings(the gear icon), select Basic settings and see what's listed as the Package Archive path, as that's where the downloads go.
Could just be a corrupted file and requires deleting the existing file and redownloading to fix the problem.
Also, might want to post what Macos version you're on, so those more knowledgeable can assist if there's a know problem with your particular OS.
Sounds like either a broken zip file, or DIM needs to get a little love in the system setting "Privacy & Integrity" to allow it to install into the /Applications folder
DIM might need "full disk access"
