Genesis 8 issue

Hello everyone! I am a beginner and have recently installed the program. I have some kind of error that for some reason does not display the genesis 8 model, but the poses, clothes and so on work without problems. At the same time, there are no problems with genesis 9. I need genesis 8 specifically to work on a specific character that I bought. Reinstalling packages and even the entire program itself did not help, can you please help me to solve the problem

    Do you get an error message? How about in the log file (Help>Troubleshooting>View Log File) if you look at the end just afte trying to load the figure.

     I have solved the problem. It turned out that genesis 8 for some reason referred to the onedrive folder. I changed the path in the Content Directory Manager and everything worked. Thanks for the advice (I didn't know that all the information is recorded in the log)

    That is a Connect install - installed through Daz Studio - while your screenshot showed an instalaltion through Install Manager. You don't want both, they just waste disc space since the files go to different locations. If there is a Connect installation its files will be used in preference to anything from Install Manager, which is why the wretched OneDrive's usurpation of your content location caused an issue.
