prestyles hair

hi guys, I'm new with daz studio. I don't really know how everything works, but I have this Nina hair prestyle, but when I doubleclick it, my actor just flashes and the hair remains the same, the hair is suppose to change like as the prestyle picture shows right? I'm not sure why its not working. something to do with the hierarchy? please help.

You selected the wrong node... you should've selected the hair node rather than G8.1F figure.
