Packaging items

Hi, I've made a few models and have made them available in OBJ format but I'd like to be able to package stuff up for Daz and Poser but I'm not all that sure what I'm doing.  Can anyone help, or popint me in the direction of a good tutorial? All the ones I have found seem to lose me somewhere along the line.
