PC Pricing not working, Members Only not showing

I've seen threads where others have had this problem. I cleared history/cache, etc. Logged out, cleared cache, closed browser. tried again. Tried IE8. Same thing. Account shows good until Nov 15... annual renewal.
Am I only one having this issue today (5:55PM EDT 9/5/2012)?

Hey Robert, you can also call the office tomorrow using the toll-free number listed below. I've found them very helpful whenever I've called.
