Not so much the hair, just need help finding what model it is in general. ANy help is appreciated!

    It's not a default character. It's Victoria 9's skin, but not her morph, so it's a mix and thus probably unidentifiable.

    I'm sure I have seen the skin texture, but since it seems to be part of a comic the creator might have made a custom morph and added a skin from a different character, I do that all the time. Best chance is to ask the creato themselves

    I am very confident that it's Victoria 9's skin. Despite the comparatively small size of the reference image, enough patterns of freckles can be matched to Victoria's skin.

    Agree, it does look like Victoria 9's skin.
