G9 Head Shapes Loading Problem

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I have had no problem loading content purchased from DAZ Marketplace until now when I purchased G9 Head Shapes. I have loaded it every way possible, but obviously I'm doing something wrong. Please advise if you have any advice or need more information. Thank you so much - SKI

    So what was the problem?

    You need to find (or Filter) and dial the head morphs in Parameters pane, under the path of Actor/Head...

    Yep, tried it. Looked in Parameters, tried Posing, tried Shaping. None of the content shows up. It shows up in the Content Library tab, but everytime I go to open it anyway I can, the documentation screen shows up. I right clicked on it asking to show in the Smart Content panel, but I've attached what it looks like. Thank you btw for helping - SKI

    All of these official shape products do not have user-facing files in Smart Content and Content Library.

    The problem is that you selected the wrong node... you should've selected the Root node of G9 rather than Head node. These head morphs do not have Alias properties on other sub-nodes of G9...
