Sick/infected character Mats?

I have the feeling sick cold stuff but my characters all look to healthy.

Current characters are either 100% fit or look like the undead, some less healthy looking characters who are not dead yet would help, maybe the odd boil or rash maybe?

Of course, if your characters look anything like those last two, they may have more than a cold and should probably seek medical care.
