Sep and Sea files what are they how do you open them?

Help needed, some of my models in my product library are sep and sea files. Daz studio can't open them and windows 7 pro can't read them. They appear as unknown file format???? thanks.

Those are used for manually installing connect-only content in DS 4.9 without logging in.  They have to be put in a certain directory (in the connect directory structure) and the DAZ Studio 4.9 will find them and they will appear in the 'ready to install' list in Connect.

Edit: to install see the instructions here:  http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/comment/990392/ about five posts down "How do I install Daz Connect products using Offline Packages?"
