How can you make the hair flow with the movement of the body? (example she;s leaning over the hair should fall down)

If this si Daz Studio, morphs, if it's a modelled hair, or by reworking in the plug-in for Garibaldi Express or Look at My Hair. Some hair models have a fairly extensive list of morphs, others have fewer - in any event, a lot of hair is actually mdoelled as several overlapping planes with maps feathering the edges to make it look hair like so there is a limit to how much it can blow or flow - strand hairs (both modelled strands and the procedural systems used by the plug-ins) are potentially more flexible. There isn't, unfortunately, any tool that will calculate the effect of gravity or wind as yet.

If your hair doesn't have the necessary morphs built in, you might be able to use dformers to some extent.
