Why is it with every new update DAZ has to stop working?!?!?

Yep, here I am again wishing I hadn't upgraded. I'm trying and trying and TRYING to get DAZ to find my library and no go.

As usual, I've put in a fresh Windows 7 install. This is because I just brought back online my spare computer after a while of it's power core being dead. (I don't really care what you really call the power cores.)  My mistake I'm pretty sure was getting install manager to install DAZ. That ALWAYS breaks it. But on the computer I'm typing to you now the fix was easy. On the new one? Not so much.

I've stopped CMS. I've tried to start CMS .I looked for CMS in services. No CMS. POSTreqhateveritscalled is going. I import metadata.  My library was already fubarred from this (seriously? It has to make folders uneditable? SERIOUSLY????) so I've reset database. And STILL nothing... if none of the usual solutions work, what's left? I just wanna access my stuuuufff....

    Are your content folders mapped in Content DIrectory Manager?

    Thanks for responding. Yep, they're mapped - the folder for DAZ's new service as well. All to my usual library folder. Usually importing user data does the trick, but it's just not working here. I've tried scanning for items, the works.

    Aaand it's magically working! Man I hate it when it does that to me.
