Pose & Animate viewpoint all weird

I did something stupid and I don't know what it was! I have lost my animate2 tab, the left sidebar of tabs and my viewpoint screen is blank like the pic I provided below. It doesn't matter if I have a scene loaded or not. This is what I get when I click on the P&A tab. Can someone help my stupidity? :-) Thanks so much!

The simplest fix is to use Window>Workspace>Select Layout to reload the base layout, you can also reopen panes from the Window>Panes(Tabs) sub-menu.

I'm rendering right now, but I'll give that a try. I did use the windows>panes tab to open a new window, but I don't know how to redock it on the left side to get my left sidebar of tabs back since it really doesn't exist anymore.

If you want to dock it in an existing pane group drag the tab of the floating pane to the group you want it in and drop it; if you want to create a whole new pane group drag the top bar of the floating pane to the edge you want to dock it on, until a line in the highlight colour for your style shows you are in the right place, then drop it. If those don't work check that docking/undocking is enabled in the Window>Workspace menu.
