Trouble With the New Iray Converter and Skin Manager for Genesis 3

Hello All,
I recently purchased the new product Iray Converter and Skin Manager for Genesis 3. It's a great product, especially for novices like myself who need help understanding and navigating the skin settings. The one problem I am having is with the skin transfer to geografted items. I am trying to get the skin to copy to the genetalia but after following the instructions nothing happens. I am just wondering if this is a known problem or if I am doing something wrong. Thank you for taking the time to read this and any help you may be able to provide.

Select Genitals (for this example) Although it doesn't seem to matter what is selected in the few tries I've tested it on.
Start the anatomy transfer
The left panel will show G3 (as an example) if more, then select the item to copy from
Select the destination item (genitals in your case) in the top centre section.
In the lower centre panel select the surfaces to be copied to
Then click the button, add selected surfaces to the list
The right panel displays the surfaces to be copied to; if correct...
Confirm button to copy.
Thanks nicstt for your reply. Unfortunatley that is exactly what I've been doing but I still haven't gotten it to work. I think I'll try reinstalling in case the problem is there. Again, thanks for your reply.
What exactly is or is not happening? Are you getting error messages? Does it say that it's worked, but when you render you get visible lines around the geograft and different skin tones from the rest of the body? Are you using it on a texture set that's already been converted to Iray, or one using something like Studio Default or Subsurface? If we can get more information about exactly where you're starting and how it's failing, it might help to find a way to make it work.

Have you applied a base texture to the Geograft first? The process will not work unless you at least apply the base texture first. If the Geograft is gray (i.e. no texture), the process will fail.
Seems to work just dandy for me.
If you're still having issues; perhaps a screen shot or two might help. Then again, they may not.
