How do i add an environment?

I saw a thread on this and tried to follow it. I Went into Windows>Panes>Environment and selected BackDrop. It loads a grid. The other thread said to browse for the picture I want but I don't see anywhere where I can "browse" please look at my screen shot and tell me what I'm missing.

Click on the downward-pointing triangle at the left under the word "Background".
