Please ignore: iclone serial No?

I have purchased the iClone 5 Pipeline offer. I am able to download it, but when I went to available downloads in my account there was a link to "order Delivery information.doc" This has a download link that works, but the place for a serial number is blank.

Anyone know where I get the serial No. from?

Thanks for any help

This still seems to be a problem. I purchased iClone pipeline a few days ago. I have in a help ticket. I'm waiting for DAZ to contact the Reallusion for the serial number. I'm not sure why DAZ did just get a block of numbers to distribute or some instructions for the user to register with Reallusion.

Hmmm, I just purchased it this morning. I hope it doesn't take several days for the serial.

If you don't get it in your email, log in at your iClone account and go to the "Registration, Patch and Bonus" section. There is a "Resend" button that will send it to your email address

Ah, sorry, the info I see there is for the trial I downloaded earlier. Doesn't look like the DAZ order is registered there. :(

I hate to say it, but this sort of thing just typifies DAZ's approach to marketing...shambolical. I do not understand at all. In the end I had to really get mad at both DAZ and iClone until iClone gave a registration. It literally took weeks and many many emails. I had an apology from DAZ...but now you say it's _still_ the same! sheesh. So much for the apology

Did you folks get this sorted out?

I too purchased iClone Animation Pipeline yesterday.
    Haven't downloaded yet.

If getting serial numbers is going to be a pain, I'll just forget it and demand a refund.

I do know that there are no serial numbers for this software in the serial numbers section of my account, even though Daz said there would be.

Hmm. We'll see how this develops.

    Okay, seems to be fixed.
Entered a support ticket. Got a reply in about 4 hours.
    Serial numbers are now there.
Probably just a foul up because of the holiday weekend.

Yes, I can see it in my account now, but there's only one serial number. Is that supposed to work for all 3 programs?

It should be three numbers in one line I believe. At least, that's how it is for me.

Yes, you're right, it is actually split into three parts, just looked like one serial to me at a first
    glance.

    Thanks...
