Daz characters into SFM? Source flimmaker
I want to import character from Daz to SFM, will there be any copyright issues? I'm using morphs and characters that I bought from out the store that have cost me quite a bit of cash. For example I have a Ryan morph and a few other children morphs and Different Races morph like Asian, Black, White, etc. And I also have hair I downloaded and clothes etc. I'm not sure if morph is the right word I'm still pretty new to Daz anyways.
I also want to know how to do this? And make sure the character can work propperly inside of Source Flimmaker but can't find any tuts on how to do so....
Do I need to contact the "artist." Before using these characters? Or am I alright to use them long as they aren't for video games?

SFM basically turns a game engine into an animation package, using the game engine's animation and rendering capabilities, as opposed to a game...the end result is that it produces a movie file. As such, I'd say that satisfies the INTENT of what the EULA says, but not exactly the wording. I'd say go through Customer Service...be prepared to explain exaclty what SFM is and does. You are not wanting to produce a distributable game, but rather a 'rendered' movie.
