Daz 4.5 and Save/Save as

Under 4.5 how do I get 'Save' to function without bringing up the 'Save as' procedure ('The file you selected already exists...").

    Edit > Preferences > General tab and add your authorship info, the files all have the details of who made them built into them, so if it has someone else's name or is blank then you get the "save as" function, even stuff you've saved will be blank so DS thinks it belongs to someone else and tries to stop you overwriting it.
