animate 2 -invisible/visible

Hi all, has anyone got any idea how to use these two anibloks as I am stuck. I am trying to make my M4 character sprint across the screen and then basically turn in to the muscle morph versio of him but all whilst runniong. Should be pretty easy but I need to have the muscle M4 version invisbile at the start and then appear mid screen. These bloks seem like they should do this but I cannot fathom them out for thte life of me  -anyone got any bright ideas?
