Is there a way to delete polygons that won't be seen when I export my models to other software?

I'm trying to develop a workflow that allow me to use Daz3D models in Unity and I found that the texture atlas and the decimator will come handy for the task. However there's a lot of polygons that will use resources and won't be seen. I'm talking about polygons that are behind clothes and other stuff and will not be seen, but will use resources anyway. Is there a way to eliminate them inside Daz Studio? Thanks in advance for any help!

There is an option on the export checklist if you export them with their clothing on to delete the hidden polygons (combine meshes)
Thanks for the answer, I'll try it and post the results later!
