Question about the old IPB (Injection Pose Builder)

Yes, I know this is a really old and legacy utility product, but wow, I still use it like crazy. 

Anyway - does anyone know how I would find a custom-added link library in order to share the library out? I've looked under Libs, but there doesn't seem to have been a .ill file created when I created the new one inside of IPB. It's there in the list when I open the program, and it works and is able to produce the needed INJ/REM files, so there must be a .ill somewhere?

Thanks in advance. I know this is a really OLD utility, but it's still one of the best things I've come across for producing a working INJ/REM.

    I know this this thread is old. But help a brother out, I just have one question. Where can I get the IPB for Victoria 4?? Looked everywhere, but all you find are support files, tutorials, forum discussions but not the actual IPB. Please help.
