in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

everytime i try to connect my account into daz studio it makes useless error message that has a title says "login f..."  plz help me

    This is using the log-in in the DAZ Studio application? Once DS is open go to Help>Troubleshooting>View Log, scroll to the very end and then look backwards to find the full error message. It may be that you miskeyed the email or password, especially if you are using stored values on subsequent attempts, or it may be a security software issue - what security software are you using?

    tried it, but it just opens user folder instead!

    For some you have to specifically allow (often manually doing so)/whitelist Studio...

    If you enable the display of hidden files and folders, at least on Windows, you will see the AppData folder in the user folder - open that, then Roaming, then DAZ3D, then Studio 4 and you should se the log.txt file. Though if you are barred from getting there via the Help menu that does sound as if you may have soem security setting issues whicj may also be affecting your ability to log in.
