Face and Hand Cameras?

I'm new to DS and I'm slowly getting used to it, but the thing I miss most from Poser are the face and hand cameras. I'm not sure if there's a way to do it myself or if someone can create them... I tried to create a face camera but it didn't really work and disappeared the next time I opened DS.. Any way there could be permanent face and hand cameras?

You can create your own camera.  All you need to do is frame the shot you like with the Perspective view.  then click "Create" and a drop down menu has the option of "New Camera"  select the option Perspective view,  and you have a camera exactly where you want it.  That camera will Save when you save the scene and be there next time you open it.

But if you move your character, the camera doesn't follow the face or hands wherever they are like in Poser and cameras are hidden inside of presets, not on top with the main cameras where it's easily accessible... Is there a way to have a camera follow the face and hands and save that camera to the main UI cameras?

No, though you could set the camera to point at a hand or head and then parent it - but that would not switch hands of figures as selection changed. Remember that Perspective View isn't tracked for undo (like the Posing camera in Poser) so you could use that to switch focus without confusing anything else (the scripting docs implied that you coudl create more views like this, but I've never managed to get that to work).
