Solved one problem, now have another

I recently solved the issue of not being able to download ZIP files, thanks to advice from other members.But now I have a new issue.
I went back to download the files I had missed and got all but two of them. They were not in my order list, along with others before a certain order/date. I have kept the confirmation receipts and went to them to download, but the page 'Requested link doesn't exist. Download is currently unavailable.' came up.

Is there any other way over getting these downloads or will I have to contact the Admin.
If I need to contact Admin. how do I go about that. Is that what they mean by 'creating a ticket'
Im only concerned about theses particular files as they were payed for and not freebies.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Have you tried logging out and then back in?... It should theoretically completely refresh your account.
