How do I use this software to covert material presets like skin tone?

Skin tone settings wouldn't actually need the Victoria 4 to genesis 2 Female product as they don't use textures and so don't care about UV set. You would want to apply the material to a Victoria 4 or Genesis 1 figure (for a tone seting either would work as I doubt it would affect the eye surface zone, which is the only difference for this purpose). You would then Save As>Materials Preset making sure you had only the diffuse colour values selected (assuming that is what the material modified), which means going through the option dialogue at save time unchecking all and then going through each material in turn checking the Diffuse colour value (not the map).
