Hitomi question

Just bought Hitomi only to discover that I'd got the standalone figure instead of the bundle, which was what I wanted. So I made a new order with the bundle instead, planning to return the first one.
Checking the filesizes before download I noticed however that the file for the standalone figure has a different size than the one in the bundle. Anyone who knows why that is?
