Pure Hair Wild... How to pose?

I purchased Pure Hair Wild, and I'm not sure how to pose it for example so the ponytail moves in the wind or is splayed out while swimming or over the shoulder.

It says that it includes ghost bones for posing... But not sure what that is. Usually with hair, I just select it and go into parameters and see the types of moves the hair has built in. What is a ghost bone and how do I see this?

You need to expand the tree for the hair in the Scene tab as in the image.

PonytailUpper and PonytailLower are the ghost bones you use to move the tail.
