Carrrara dropping custom keyboard shortcuts ........AAAAAAAAghhh!

I will be submitting a ticket on this, but am posting here to see if anyone else is experiencing this nightmare. I am big into keyboard customization to facilitate work. Carrara is dumping my keyboard shortcuts......over and over again. Anyone else?

I have uninstalled and re-installed several times.  What would make all of this a little less painful: the ability to save and reload keyboard shortcuts. Anyone know if this is possible? Seems we should be able to drop in a .txt file somewhere.

    Hi Rick  :)

    the keyboard shortcuts should be kept in the Preferences file

    on a PC that should be in : Users / (your user name) /  AppData / Roaming / Daz3D / Carrara

    if that file is not retaining your prefrences it could possibly be a limitation of your user account privileges.

    you could try copying that preferences.txt file and renaming it as Backup prefs.txt
