DAZ Connect not working on Desktop, but works on Laptop

Hi All, this problem has been driving me nuts for awhile now. For SOME reason I am unable to logon to DAZ through DAZ 4.9.2.30. There is no problem when using my laptop. Both my desktop and laptop have the same vrsion of DAZ 4.9 and IM. I have uninstalled then deleted PostgreSQL. Then reinstalled, same problem.

Any insite to this problem would be most appreciated !!!

    What error messages do you get?  WHat's in the log file after trying to log in?

    works on my desktop but not oon my laptop. it won't connect it just refreshes the sign on screen.
