Geometry Editor Issue

I am using the geometry editor on a project. Most of the time it works pretty good but I am having a lot of issues with it selecting the other side of an object that I am working on. Everything looks great until I am done and then I notice all the defects on the reverse side of the surface I was working on. Is there some way to fix this?

    What viewport drawstyle are you using?

    I think I figured it out. I reduced my selector cursor to a pinpoint and this seems to have solved the problem. Thank you.
