Daz keeps crashing

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I was wondering ifsomeone could possibly help me I love my Daz 3d and creating stuff with it but lately its been telling me it has a fatal error and must close ive run a virus scan and the laptop is fully bug free and running smoothly no troubles with it .... is anyone else having this trouble  or is it just me 

Ive tried to unistall it but for some reason it will not  uninstall

    Can you post the exact error message?

    What are you doing when it crashes?  Can you load a charcater? scene? render?

    This is what would allow me to copy and paste I have no clue if this will help anyone understand what is going on with it

    I start loading a charater and get the hair and clothes just the way i want it and it will just crash for no reason

    Go to Edit>Preferences and in the first tab uncheck the Aplication improvement programme option. Which version of DS is this (Help>About DAZ Studio)?
