Ron's Brushes

Do Ron's various brushes for Photoshop also work in Gimp or Painter ? If so are installation issues and solutions available ? TIA

    I have some of them and those do work with Gimp, and I didn't have problems installing them.

    I use some of them  with Painter 2016

    I found that while they work with GIMP, they don't work as well and certain items don't work at all (namely things like styles and a few other things that seem to be designed more toward how PS works).

     

    Mind you, take this with a grain of salt... I'm a huge noob with such things and may have missed stuff.
