permanently hide or favorite parameters?

my parameters window is always crowded with morphs that I'd never use. I know I can hide/unhide them but as soon as I load a new figure there they are again. it's such a wate of time...
same thing with favorite, is there a way to save these settings?

You can set the Hidden option and File>Save as>Support Asset>Morph Asset to save them (don't make any changes to the option dialogue). Note that any update to the product will overwrite your changes. You can also save a Character preset and use that to load the figure with your changes, or use a Scene Subset.

  • isn't "Support Asset" saving to share on website as a backage? I can't imagine it saving my interface.
I was hopping to avoid the hustle of making presets of every character I have and deal with interface elements directly from my interface. at least favorites should be saved permanently don't you think? after all how many time do I need to change that nose morph for a character I saved? in other hand I need to change that morph for every new figure I load...

It gets saved to My Library as a clickable asset and acts just as if it was in your usual Daz3D Library. They're very handy if you have a customised prop, figure, clothing, etc that you use often or want to apply to different chracters. I've started using them all the time.

  • yes it's useful but my problem is with saving the interface and not the morphs, props or figures.

Hidden is a parameter setting and is saved with the morph, hence my suggestion. Favouriting is not, so you need a preset or Scene subset.

  • it's not oly morphs I want to hide some of default sliders that come with the figures as well, I;ve tested all of the ways you suggested and only scene subset  woked, though it's not what I want but it's a big help thanks.

Yes, for transforms you couldn't use the asset save.
