testing morphs with the same figure.

I got a bounch of morph packs from a website and I wan't to test them one by one, the way I'm doing it right now is: deliting the existing figure ---> copy morphs to the library ---> load the figure ---> and the new morphs appear.
I wonder if there is an easier way that don't need the deliting and loading step?

What's wrong with loading them all and just working through them?

  • well after doing it for 20 or 30 time and looking a head to see 100 more times of deliting and adding everybody wishes for an easier way. and that's only for one website, unfortunately most of the morphs on the internet are useless and hunting for good ones becomes a bother very fast.

Yes, but why can't you install a batch and work through them? You could use a separate content directory for the probationary morphs, then move only the keepers to the main content directory (move, don't copy so you end up with duplicate files).

  • I'm doing that in a test library, since I want to know which one works and which one don't I have to install them one by one, not all of the morphs go inside their own patameter group.

Well, I do have a script to list the morphs in a selected folder and show their paths on the figure - but I probably need to rethink the way it works to take account of Connect before I release it.
