Thumbnail doesn´t show up

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hey !
So all the thumbnails of the products that I have are showing up. The only one that isn´t showing up is the thumbnail of the Dragonfly Hair for Genesis 3 Females. crying  Is there some way how I can fix it to show up ?

    A few items do have issues with their thumbnails - I have two or three like that. You could open a support ticket to report it, though it probably isn't an issue that will affect your use of the product.

    place this in your /Runtime/Support folder, its "probably" at C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library\Runtime\Support

    a simple right click and use  "save picture as" then rename it

    it MUST be named as

    DAZ_3D_22648_DragonFly_Hair_Genesis_3_Female(s).jpg
