Missing Folder In Database

So, I am using Daz Studio 4.9 Pro Public Build. "My Daz 3D Library" folder consists of a folder named "Runtime". While I have the "My Daz 3D Library" folder mapped in the Daz Database, thr "Runtime" folder does not sjow up in Daz Studio. This is very weird.

If it is mapped properly its contents will show in the Content Library (CL hereafter) pane under Poser Formats. The actual "Runtime" folder is a hidden folder and should not appear in CL and if you can see it your content is not mapped properly.
That's the correct behaviour - Runtime, and Data, are hidden in the DAZ Studio Formats list as they contain special data; under Poser Formats you will see certain folders under the \Runtime\Library folder immediately under the main directory name. There should not be any user files in the Runtime folder except for Poser format files (and possible DS format sidecar files) in specific library folders.
I have some OBJ and MTL of a specific custom head and morphs such as smile and sad. These are not showing in CL. So, where are these to reside in order for them to show up and use in CL?
OBJs will show in Other Import Formats, if they are in a folder in one of the directories listed there. That's assuming the OBJ files are to be loaded as such, not imported as morphs (though that would probably be against the EULA for a Daz figure).
