Mouse-over Highlighting Problem

I've seen this addressed before in the forums, but can't find it now.

How do I prevent everything from being highlighted orange when the cursor passes over them? This is in Studio 4.9, I didn't have this problem in 4.8. I keep thinking that I'm stuck in Surface Selection, and it's distracting.

    The Draw Settings pane has a Node Highlighting setting  -set it to Bounding Box only.
