Aniblock Expressions bundle

I purchased the G3 "Bundle  Expressions and Face aniblocks" because it said they could be used for static projects and that there was a slider. I can't seem to be able to use it. I had forgotten that I had had the same issues with other versions. So maybe someone can tell me how to use these Expressions for purely static work since it seems I have a number of them. Also, can I access ythem from the parameters' tab?
