Riccardo Hair and Duplicate IDs

I recently bought Riccardo Hair, a new product. Whenever I load it I get a message - "Duplicate IDs were found while reading the file see log file for more details" This used to happen a lot a few years back and there is a script that used to fix it. I tried the script and it only fixes .dsf files, not .dufs. 

When I contacted customer support I was told it is because I have the product installed twice, through DIM and DAZ Connect, which is not the case. It is only installed though DAZ Connect. Can this issue be fixed or should I just return the product? The error report in the log file is below:

My script helped only with items where the figure and geometry name matched, which older DS versions allowed, so it wouldn't help here. I did buy this and I am getting the same issue, again with only a Connect install. I will have a poke at the files later.

I have this issue too. The hair is loaded but I get the same error message. So this isn`t fixed after 2 years?

 

I installed it only with the content manager, too.
