Difficulty downloading install manager

I've got a new laptop and decided to install the download manager instead of copying it from my PC, after one try I remembered why I hate to download it. my download speed is a bit slow but I don't have any problem downloading larger files, the first time I installed the download manage, it kept stoping midway and since I couldn't guess how much the files size is I've tried to open it every time and all I got was the error that says the file is not downloaded fully. after about 20 or more tries I gave up on all of browsers and download managers, even trird proxies and VPN, I've became a hundred percent sure there is something wrong with the way Daz3D puts the file for download. I've leeched the file to my google drive then downloaded it from there and copied the installed folder last time I Changed my Hard drive to avoid the pain, it don't function correctly but it's whole lot better than trying to download it again.
I don't need help on this but please consider fixing this problem for those who don't have access to fast internet.
