Riot Girl outfit not downloading.

I just recently bought the Riot Girl outfit and a couple other things, which all downloaded through the manager. However, Riot Girl still sits on my Download tab in DIM and trying to download it just results in it saying download failed. Has anyone experienced something like this before? I am not really sure what steps I should take here.
