Finding Model Files

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hi, just a quick question, i recently returned to using daz studio and managed to find and download a lot of my my old models, but when i try to find them in DS, they don't show up, i have a lot of air and spacecraft models from vanishing point, renerosity and others, even a bunch of Bazze aircraft, is there a way to refresh DS to read them or do i have to uninstall DS then reload it for them too work?.

    The Runtime for the product should have been merged with the Runtiem in one of you Poser content directories - such as \Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library which is one of the default paths. They should then be in the Content Library pane under, in this example, Poser Formats>My Library>Libraryname>Product folder (e.g. Poser Formats>My Library>Figures>VP Spacecraft).
