Converting V4 and G1 onto G2 WITHOUT GenX

I heared that non-GenX convertation is possible but the ones who told me that couldn't explain a thing.

One told me that Transfer Utility does that but it seams to be a modul for clothes.

So. Is non-GenX convertation possible? I don't like GenX due to it has many issues.
