Jewels of Architecture

Hi all, I hope someone can help me get these working.

I purchased all 4 of the texture sets in Moyras Jewels of Architecture series, installed the zips as per instructions and the items are listed under Daz Merchant Resources in content library, however they are grayed out and will not load or even open to the selection window.

Am I missing something?

    Merchant resources are collections of textures that can be used to change the look of props and such. They are only texture files.
