Dumb $%^&*&^ question

Sorry for this but I have a file with lots of items and groups but I see a slight movement I need to make. I select the item and Rotate and it moves then snaps back as soon as I let up on the mouse button. I probably have a simple setting to change, right?

Wait! This object has a spin modifier. Does that inhibit any direct modifications during that spin period?

    Yeah it would override it as do nla clips too

    Thanks, I think that is the answer. If I stop the spin, then I can continue with the sequencer.

    Dumb question, as I suspected.

    No questions are dumb.

    Although by asking them we may solve the issue on our own or with a little help.

    Now if other people have the same or simular issue they may benifit from this question.
