Quick keys (keyboard shortcuts) disappeared!

As the title says.  My keyboard shortcuts disappeared from all the drop down menus.  Looked through various 'settings' and 'preference' menu's but I can't find anything that looks like it would turn them back on.  Anyone know how to reset the shortcuts for menu items?

Try reloading your layout - Window>Workspace>Select layout.
